Building EQ is a lifelong process.

As children approach upper elementary and the middle school years, EQ skills become even more important for managing stress and developing healthy relationships. ParentingEQ’s 6 box Junior series is designed to dive deeper into the competencies of emotional intelligence.

Through social emotional learning activities, ParentingEQ Junior’s tools and concepts are intended to build skills that will set them up for success in their teen years and beyond.

Testimonials

“As a parent, I liked the journal because it helped me understand the ebbs and flows of my daughter's mood. It helped to bridge the gap to where I can understand her better. This journal provides a parent with so much more beyond the overused "how was your day” question.”

“I’ve learned that we need to talk about and understand each other's feelings better.  ParentingEQ allowed us to do that.“

“As an adult, I meditate. But it is not something that I've discussed with my son. The chime opened the door to teaching my son that it's good to take a break and take a breath when you need it. It helps teach children to learn how to stay calm.”
